
My definition of performance culture

In order to motivate and lead yourself and your team to maximise performance, I believe it is important to first define what constitutes performance for me and how this can be achieved. Formulating these aspects in such a way that they are clear and to the point is essential in order to be able to live them with the team.
Here is how I defined it for myself
We inspire ourselves and our team for excellent performance.
We are characterised by
- high level of commitment
- taking responsibility
- the will to succeed
- courage
- discipline
- mutual trust
- initiative
- and a willingness to change.
We require more from ourselves and our team than anyone else. We use feedback to continuously improve. We support each other and take care of each other. This enables us to achieve ambitious goals, today and for our future.
This makes us proud and drives us forward!
