The pedestal

has not been build by myself. I'm just using the Goflight Flight-Deck-Console (FDC) which I had purchased plenty years ago before I even thought about having a home cockpit.

The time I purchased the used FDC (via Ebay) I just had a computer-cabinet and not much space. So I added the two GF-46 and the GF-P8 into that console.

Demands

Standard-compliance?

is a bit critical for european users, as the threads for mounting the GF-Components are no metric threads, so it's quite hard to find the correct Screws here in germany.

The use

Currently I'm using the upper angled part during flights as place either for my panel PC where I'm running the Web-MCDU, Navigraph Charts, the OFP etc. on. When I'm not flying, I can use it as keyboard console.
